Reviews
Your graphics add a nice touch to my presentations and I recently used them for one of my all-hands meetings. Your toolbox adds professionalism to my slides. Instead of using standard clipart.
I needed a fresh look at some of my slides. I've tried to find a way to create a paintbrush effect, to underline, accentuate, add some color and the handwritten markers were just the things. Very easy to use, easy to size, change the color. It was an affordable, perfect solution and I'm happy to recommend it.
The crisp, clean look of the graphics, and the fact that it allowed me to easily edit and change the colors to match the template was my main reason for purchasing them.
Description
Editing Icons in Manufacturing Report PPT Template
Slide Content
The slide is a part of a PowerPoint presentation explaining how to edit icons in a manufacturing report template. There are three key aspects presented: Color, Thickness, and Size. Each aspect is expanded with additional details. Changing the icon color should match your branding but advises against giving icons a color fill to prevent clutter. Adjusting the icon thickness is important to ensure the icon's visibility and readability; making the line too thick can make it unreadable. Resizing should be done carefully by adjusting corner nodes to maintain the icon's proportion to ensure its clarity.
Graphical Look
- There are three main headings, "Color," "Thickness," and "Size," each in a gray textbox.
- Under each heading, there is an icon before (with a tick symbol) and after (with an 'X' symbol) editing.
- The icons are a document/page illustration: the first demonstrates color changes, the second shows line thickness, and the third pertains to resizing.
- To the bottom left of each pair of icons, there are small screenshots showing the relevant menu/tool in PowerPoint for editing.
- The right side of the slide has a turquoise-colored heading "Fully editable icons," with three bullet points.
- Each bullet point gives brief instructions: "Change outline color," "Modify outline thickness," and "Resize."
- Arrows and shapes around the icons indicate where the editing tools apply.
- The page/icon illustrations are simple and have a consistent style.
The slide has a clean and professional appearance, with a good balance between text, graphical elements, and white space, making it easy to understand. The color scheme is muted with touches of color for emphasis.
Use Cases
- Use in a training session for employees to explain how to customize presentation elements for a consistent brand appearance.
- Incorporate it into an onboarding package for new designers or marketing staff who need to use company PowerPoint templates.
- Present in a workshop for document standardization, focusing on maintaining visual consistency across reports and presentations.
- Include it as part of a tutorial for users unfamiliar with PowerPoint's editing capabilities to enhance their reporting skills.
