Reviews
Your graphics add a nice touch to my presentations and I recently used them for one of my all-hands meetings. Your toolbox adds professionalism to my slides. Instead of using standard clipart.
I needed a fresh look at some of my slides. I've tried to find a way to create a paintbrush effect, to underline, accentuate, add some color and the handwritten markers were just the things. Very easy to use, easy to size, change the color. It was an affordable, perfect solution and I'm happy to recommend it.
The crisp, clean look of the graphics, and the fact that it allowed me to easily edit and change the colors to match the template was my main reason for purchasing them.
Description
Project Status Quarter Plan Table with Red, Amber, Green Traffic Lights, Toned Colors, Dark Background
Slide Content
This slide shows a project status overview for a quarterly plan using a Gantt chart format. Each project task is represented by a horizontal bar, demonstrating the timeline across three months, divided into weeks (W1-W4). The status of each task is indicated by traffic light colors: red for critical issues, amber for warnings, and green for on track. This visual system allows for an at-a-glance monitoring of project progress and highlights areas needing attention.
Graphical Look
- The slide background is dark, creating high contrast for the other slide elements.
- There is a Gantt chart with flat design spread horizontally across the slide, indicating a timeline.
- Each task on the Gantt chart is a horizontal bar with a rounded left edge.
- The months, split into weeks, are labeled across the top of the chart in a lighter shade of gray, enhancing readability.
- Traffic light indicators (red, amber, and green circles) are aligned vertically on a pale gray icon to signify project status.
- Placeholder text is indicated with a "Put your text here" label, inviting users to customize the content.
- The chart is color-coordinated with teal accents for clarity and visual appeal.
The overall look of the slide is sleek and modern, with a clear, easy-to-follow layout. The use of traffic light colors against the dark background and the teal accents produces an eye-catching and functional design.
Use Cases
- To present project progress in status update meetings, providing a quick visual reference for stakeholders.
- In project management reviews to identify which tasks are on schedule and which require immediate attention.
