Reviews
Your graphics add a nice touch to my presentations and I recently used them for one of my all-hands meetings. Your toolbox adds professionalism to my slides. Instead of using standard clipart.
I needed a fresh look at some of my slides. I've tried to find a way to create a paintbrush effect, to underline, accentuate, add some color and the handwritten markers were just the things. Very easy to use, easy to size, change the color. It was an affordable, perfect solution and I'm happy to recommend it.
The crisp, clean look of the graphics, and the fact that it allowed me to easily edit and change the colors to match the template was my main reason for purchasing them.
Description
Common office file types
Slide Content
The PowerPoint slide titled "Common office file types" presents four types of files commonly used in office environments: Text document, Spreadsheet, Presentation, and PDF file. Each file type is represented by an icon and a label. Text documents typically include written content, Spreadsheets are used for data organization and analysis, Presentations are for sharing information visually, and PDF files are for fixed-format documents.
Graphical Look
- The slide's background is plain white.
- Four circular, dark blue icons represent different file types, each set against a larger circle with the same color but lighter, creating a donut effect.
- The icons depict a generic text document, a spreadsheet grid, a presentation slide, and a PDF symbol.
- Below each icon, there's a corresponding label in lowercase letters naming the file type.
- An additional section titled "Dark backgrounds versions" shows the same icons adjusted for dark backgrounds.
- To the right of the dark icons, a legend says "Fully editable & automatically adjusting to color schema", indicating customization features.
The slide has a clean and professional design, with a strong contrast between the dark blue icons and the white background. The use of different shades of blue adds visual interest without being overwhelming.
Use Cases
- Introducing employees to the types of files they will be interacting with in a corporate onboarding session.
- Presenting a workshop or seminar on document management and software applications specific to each file type.
- Explaining to clients or stakeholders the different formats in which information can be provided or shared during meetings.
- Using as a visual aid in educational settings to teach about basic computer literacy and office productivity software.
