Reviews
Your graphics add a nice touch to my presentations and I recently used them for one of my all-hands meetings. Your toolbox adds professionalism to my slides. Instead of using standard clipart.
I needed a fresh look at some of my slides. I've tried to find a way to create a paintbrush effect, to underline, accentuate, add some color and the handwritten markers were just the things. Very easy to use, easy to size, change the color. It was an affordable, perfect solution and I'm happy to recommend it.
The crisp, clean look of the graphics, and the fact that it allowed me to easily edit and change the colors to match the template was my main reason for purchasing them.
Description
The 5 Basic Lean Principles cycle flowchart
Slide Content
The slide presents the cycle of the 5 Basic Lean Principles, essential for improving efficiency and eliminating waste in processes. Starting with "Identify value," which means determining what is valuable for the customer, it flows into "Map the value stream," showing the analysis of the steps required to deliver a product or service. Next is "Create flow" to ensure smooth progress through the value stream. "Establish pull" stands for the just-in-time production approach. Concluding the cycle is "Seek perfection," which encourages continuous improvement.
Graphical Look
- The title "The 5 Basic Lean Principles cycle flowchart" dominates the top portion in bold, dark text.
- Five circular icons, each with a distinct color and an embedded symbol, represent the principles.
- Arrows connect the icons in a clockwise direction, illustrating a cycle.
- Each icon is accompanied by a label describing one of the principles: "Seek perfection," "Maximize the value," "Map the value stream," "Create flow," and "Establish pull."
- The icons' symbolic representations include a dartboard, a diamond, a blueprint, looping arrows, and a sideways set of arrows, respectively.
The slide has a clean and modern look with a light background, neatly contrasting the colorful icons. The cycle diagram helps in understanding the dynamic and interconnected nature of Lean principles.
Use Cases
- Introducing Lean methodology to teams unfamiliar with the process.
- Clarifying the flow of Lean principles in continuous improvement training sessions.
- Analyzing and discussing existing processes for potential Lean implementation.
- Reviewing and reinforcing the Lean principles in team or project meetings focused on process efficiency.
