Reviews
Your graphics add a nice touch to my presentations and I recently used them for one of my all-hands meetings. Your toolbox adds professionalism to my slides. Instead of using standard clipart.
I needed a fresh look at some of my slides. I've tried to find a way to create a paintbrush effect, to underline, accentuate, add some color and the handwritten markers were just the things. Very easy to use, easy to size, change the color. It was an affordable, perfect solution and I'm happy to recommend it.
The crisp, clean look of the graphics, and the fact that it allowed me to easily edit and change the colors to match the template was my main reason for purchasing them.
Description
3 Lean Methodology Ideas diagram
Slide Content
The PowerPoint slide presents three key concepts of Lean Methodology: "Deliver value," "Continuous improvement," and "Eliminate waste." Deliver value refers to creating products or services that meet customer needs effectively. Continuous improvement is about constantly refining processes to enhance efficiency and quality. Finally, Eliminate waste aims to remove non-essential steps or resources that do not contribute to the end product's value, streamlining operations to boost productivity.
Graphical Look
- The slide background is plain white.
- A large, circular diagram dominates the center of the slide, comprising three interconnected segments in teal, purple, and yellow.
- Each of the three segments of the circle contains a title and a brief descriptive text.
- The titles "Deliver value," "Continuous improvement," and "Eliminate waste" are in bold and accompanied by an icon representing each concept—an electric bulb for "Deliver value," circular arrows for "Continuous improvement," and a broom for "Eliminate waste."
- The icons use minimalistic, flat design.
- A thin horizontal line separates the title of the slide from the diagram.
- Light grey watermark-like text appears above and to the left of each title in the diagram, repeating the website infoDiagram.com.
- The font used for the text in the segments appears to be sans-serif, which complements the modern design of the icons.
The slide has a clean and modern appearance with a simple color palette that clearly distinguishes the three elements of Lean Methodology. The circular flow of the diagram suggests a cyclical process indicative of ongoing improvement.
