Reviews
Your graphics add a nice touch to my presentations and I recently used them for one of my all-hands meetings. Your toolbox adds professionalism to my slides. Instead of using standard clipart.
I needed a fresh look at some of my slides. I've tried to find a way to create a paintbrush effect, to underline, accentuate, add some color and the handwritten markers were just the things. Very easy to use, easy to size, change the color. It was an affordable, perfect solution and I'm happy to recommend it.
The crisp, clean look of the graphics, and the fact that it allowed me to easily edit and change the colors to match the template was my main reason for purchasing them.
Description
Future Outlook Section of Employee Review
Slide Content
The slide is intended for a presentation on an employee's future outlook during a review process. It likely serves as a section header or introduction to topics that will discuss projections about the employee's potential, upcoming opportunities, and expected growth or performance within the company.
Graphical Look
- The slide has a dark teal blue background.
- Across the background, there are multiple faded icons resembling the infinity symbol or a figure-eight lying on its side, which may suggest continuity or endless possibilities.
- Dominating the upper half of the slide is a white semi-circular shape with a clean-cut flat base that holds the slide title in white text.
- At the center-top of the semi-circle, there's an orange icon that resembles binoculars, symbolizing looking forward or into the future.
The slide has a modern and professional look with a simple color scheme and minimalistic design elements. The use of binoculars as iconography emphasizes the future-oriented theme of the section.
Use Cases
- To introduce the section of a performance review that focuses on assessing an employee's future development and potential within the organization.
- As a transition slide in a workshop or training session that shifts the conversation to goal setting and long-term career planning for participants.
- In management meetings where discussions about succession planning and identifying future leaders within the team or company are on the agenda.
- For consultants presenting talent management strategies, where visual cues are used to emphasize forward-thinking approaches to employee growth and retention.
