Reviews
Your graphics add a nice touch to my presentations and I recently used them for one of my all-hands meetings. Your toolbox adds professionalism to my slides. Instead of using standard clipart.
I needed a fresh look at some of my slides. I've tried to find a way to create a paintbrush effect, to underline, accentuate, add some color and the handwritten markers were just the things. Very easy to use, easy to size, change the color. It was an affordable, perfect solution and I'm happy to recommend it.
The crisp, clean look of the graphics, and the fact that it allowed me to easily edit and change the colors to match the template was my main reason for purchasing them.
Description
Employee Contribution to Company Strategic Initiatives
Slide Content
The slide is designed to showcase how employees can contribute to strategic initiatives within a company. It breaks down the contribution into five key areas: Strategy, Tactics, Action, Deadline, and Deliverables. For "Strategy," the example provided is "Boost recurring revenue." "Tactics" suggests increasing the number of annual subscriptions. "Action" focuses on targeted leads generation. A specific "Deadline" is given as 31.12.20XX, and "Deliverables" include the goal of attaining "500+ qualified leads." Each category has space for additional text to elaborate on these points.
Graphical Look
- The title is at the top of the slide in bold, large font.
- Five colored ovals act as headers for each column - Strategy, Tactics, Action, Deadline, and Deliverables, progressing from dark teal to orange.
- Each oval header contains a circular icon related to its theme; Strategy has a chess piece, Tactics a data chart, Action a target, Deadline a calendar, and Deliverables a checkmark.
- Each section begins with a primary example in white font, followed by several grey placeholders for additional text entries.
- At the bottom of each column, a smaller oval icon represents the related theme visually.
- The text and icons are spaced uniformly for a clean, organized look.
The overall design of the slide is professional and polished, with a color gradient that visually guides the audience from the conception of a strategy to the expected outcome. The use of icons aids in quickly identifying each column's core focus.
Use Cases
- To outline how employees at different levels can align their work with the broader strategic goals of the organization.
- For managers to communicate specific objectives and key results (OKRs) in a structured and clear manner.
- During employee performance reviews, to help individuals understand how their contributions tie into the company’s overall strategy.
- In team meetings, to initiate discussions on progress for each strategic area and facilitate the planning of action steps.
