I needed a fresh look at some of my slides. I've tried to find a way to create a paintbrush effect, to underline, accentuate, add some color and the handwritten markers were just the things. Very easy to use, easy to size, change the color. It was an affordable, perfect solution and I'm happy to recommend it.

The crisp, clean look of the graphics, and the fact that it allowed me to easily edit and change the colors to match the template was my main reason for purchasing them.

The slide provides an overview of the Balanced Scorecard Matrix Framework, depicting four key business perspectives: Financial, Customer, Internal Processes, and Learning & Growth. In the Financial quadrant, elements such as ROI, cash flow, and financial results are considered, representing the economic aspect of business performance. The Customer quadrant addresses customer satisfaction rate, retention, and delivery and quality performance metrics, reflecting the company's relationship with its clients. Internal Processes highlight process-related metrics such as activities per function and process alignment & automation, indicating operational efficiency. Lastly, Learning & Growth covers aspects like job satisfaction, employee turnover, and training opportunities, emphasizing human resource development and organizational learning.
The overall look of the slide is clean, with a professional and structured design. The use of color coding and icons helps to quickly convey the function of each quadrant in the Balanced Scorecard framework.
