Reviews
Your graphics add a nice touch to my presentations and I recently used them for one of my all-hands meetings. Your toolbox adds professionalism to my slides. Instead of using standard clipart.
I needed a fresh look at some of my slides. I've tried to find a way to create a paintbrush effect, to underline, accentuate, add some color and the handwritten markers were just the things. Very easy to use, easy to size, change the color. It was an affordable, perfect solution and I'm happy to recommend it.
The crisp, clean look of the graphics, and the fact that it allowed me to easily edit and change the colors to match the template was my main reason for purchasing them.
Description
Year Plan 2026
Slide Content
The slide is titled "Year Plan 2025" and illustrates a timeline for various projects throughout the year. "Project 1" spans from January to March, depicted with a light blue arrow. "Project 2" covers April and is represented by a red arrow. "Project 3" extends from June to August, shown with a green arrow. Finally, "Project 4" occurs in November, indicated by an orange arrow. Each arrow includes the project's name and represents the timeline and duration of that specific project.
Graphical Look
- The slide has a title at the top with large, bold text.
- A grid table showcases the months of the year down the left side in a column, highlighted in alternating shades of blue.
- A horizontal timeline across the top represents the days of the month from 1 to 31.
- Colored arrows stretch across the timeline, each corresponding to a specific project.
- Each arrow is a different color: light blue, red, green, and orange, with an arrowhead pointing to the right and labeled with the project name.
- The slide background is white, setting a neutral backdrop for the colored elements.
The slide is clean and minimalistic, using a straightforward grid layout for easy understanding. The use of colored arrows over a simplistic time grid makes the timeline of each project immediately apparent.
Use Cases
- To present an annual project schedule during company meetings, providing a clear visual representation of project timelines.
- For project management updates, to illustrate ongoing progress and forecast completion dates for stakeholders.
- In strategic planning sessions, so that teams can understand how different projects align across the calendar year.
- During budget and resource allocation discussions, to demonstrate when and where to allocate resources efficiently across the year.
