Reviews
Description
General tips for feedback
Slide Content
The PowerPoint slide provides guidelines for giving feedback, emphasizing six key concepts: Timed (not every moment is appropriate), Timely (soon after the event), Concise (not too much information), Frequent (the golden middle), Private (not everybody has to hear), and Adequate (not all people have the same needs). Each concept is a building block to promote effective communication, indicating that feedback should be carefully considered, delivered promptly, clear and to the point, given with appropriate frequency, shared discreetly, and tailored to the individual's requirements.
Graphical Look
- A bold title "General tips for feedback" at the top of the slide, centered in a large, dark font.
- Six colorful rectangular bars arranged vertically on the left side, each representing a different tip with corresponding text labels: Timed, Timely, Concise, Frequent, Private, and Adequate.
- To the right of each rectangular bar, a gray text box with explanatory text about each of the corresponding tips.
- A circular graphic on the right side with a stylized human figure leaning towards a clock, representing the concept of time-related feedback.
- A harmonious color palette with the bars using a gradient of colors from blue, green, to purple, which contrast nicely with the light background.
The overall look is clean and modern, utilizing color-coded elements to assist with quick visual association. The use of icons and limited text makes the content easily digestible.
