Reviews
Your graphics add a nice touch to my presentations and I recently used them for one of my all-hands meetings. Your toolbox adds professionalism to my slides. Instead of using standard clipart.
I needed a fresh look at some of my slides. I've tried to find a way to create a paintbrush effect, to underline, accentuate, add some color and the handwritten markers were just the things. Very easy to use, easy to size, change the color. It was an affordable, perfect solution and I'm happy to recommend it.
The crisp, clean look of the graphics, and the fact that it allowed me to easily edit and change the colors to match the template was my main reason for purchasing them.
Description
Project Tasks Checklist Matrix Table Template
Slide Content
The slide presents a project management tool called the "Project Tasks Checklist Matrix Table Template." It consists of a matrix that cross-references five different projects (Project 1 to Project 5) with six tasks (Task 1 to Task 6). Each intersection of the project and task has either a green checkmark indicating completion or a red cross indicating an outstanding task. This offers an overview of each project's progress and which tasks are remaining.
Graphical Look
- The slide's title is prominently displayed at the top in large, bold text.
- Below the title, there is a table with alternating light and dark rows for readability.
- Each row represents a project and starts with a dark blue arrow-shaped bullet followed by the project name in bold.
- There are five bullet points, each with an icon symbolizing a light bulb contained in a blue circle to the left of the project name.
- Each project row intersects with six columns, each headed with the label 'Task' with a corresponding number, encased in a blue rectangular shape.
- Within the body of the table, green checkmarks and red crosses indicate the status of tasks for each project.
- The checkmarks and crosses are large enough to be easily seen and quickly understood.
The overall look of the slide is clean and professional, with a color scheme that enhances readability and focuses attention on the status of various tasks. The use of icons is minimalistic, yet effective in conveying significant information.
Use Cases
- To visually track and report on the progress of multiple projects involving several tasks during a project management meeting.
- For providing a high-level overview of project statuses during stakeholder or team updates.
- To quickly identify which tasks require attention in a team coordination or a planning session.
- As a visual aid during project reviews to facilitate discussions about task completion and resource allocation.
