Reviews
Your graphics add a nice touch to my presentations and I recently used them for one of my all-hands meetings. Your toolbox adds professionalism to my slides. Instead of using standard clipart.
I needed a fresh look at some of my slides. I've tried to find a way to create a paintbrush effect, to underline, accentuate, add some color and the handwritten markers were just the things. Very easy to use, easy to size, change the color. It was an affordable, perfect solution and I'm happy to recommend it.
The crisp, clean look of the graphics, and the fact that it allowed me to easily edit and change the colors to match the template was my main reason for purchasing them.
Description
LET'S START WITH MAKING AN INTERESTING AND EYE-CATCHING FIRST SLIDE
Slide Content
The PowerPoint slide presents a statement intended to motivate the creation of a compelling opening slide for a presentation. It underscores the importance of capturing the audience's attention from the very beginning with a slide that is both intriguing and visually appealing. The emphasis on "interesting" suggests that the content should be engaging, while "eye-catching" indicates that the visual elements should be striking and likely memorable to the viewers.
Graphical Look
- A large, speech bubble-shaped text box with a watercolor texture and a blue tint serving as the background for the text.
- The text, rendered in a mix of bold and light fonts, adds contrast and emphasizes certain words.
- The words "LET'S START WITH MAKING AN" appear in a bold, uppercase font.
- The word "interesting" is set in a lighter, italicized font, giving a sense of emphasis.
- "AND" is presented in the same bold, uppercase font as the first line.
- The term "eye-catching" is in a stylized, handwritten font, larger than the other text and highlighted by its placement and size.
- The phrase "FIRST SLIDE" returns to the bold, uppercase font, tying the message together.
The overall look of the slide is minimalistic yet dynamic, with a balance between serif and handwritten fonts creating visual interest. The speech bubble shape adds a conversational tone, and the use of a single color scheme gives the slide a cohesive and modern feel.
Use Cases
- To open a creative workshop or seminar on presentation skills, emphasizing the importance of a strong start.
- In a marketing strategy meeting, when presenting a new campaign idea to grab team members' attention.
- As an introductory slide in a branding pitch to a potential client, demonstrating an understanding of impactful design.
- When conducting a training session on communication, illustrating the concept of making a strong first impression with visual aids.
