Reviews
Your graphics add a nice touch to my presentations and I recently used them for one of my all-hands meetings. Your toolbox adds professionalism to my slides. Instead of using standard clipart.
I needed a fresh look at some of my slides. I've tried to find a way to create a paintbrush effect, to underline, accentuate, add some color and the handwritten markers were just the things. Very easy to use, easy to size, change the color. It was an affordable, perfect solution and I'm happy to recommend it.
The crisp, clean look of the graphics, and the fact that it allowed me to easily edit and change the colors to match the template was my main reason for purchasing them.
Description
Next Actions 6 Months Plan Calendar
Slide Content
The PowerPoint slide is designed to delineate a six-month action plan. Each month is represented by a dedicated arrow-shaped textbox with three bullet-point placeholders for descriptions or items to be added. This list format allows the presenter to detail specific actions, tasks, or milestones intended for completion each month, giving the audience a clear view of the projected timeline and objectives.
Graphical Look
- The slide features a dominant color theme of teal, with six arrow-shaped textboxes arranged horizontally, labeled from "Month 1" to "Month 6".
- Each textbox contains sample text suggesting where a user might input custom information.
- In the center of the slide, there is a circular graphic with three interlocking gear icons, symbolizing a process or workflow.
- The textboxes and central gear graphic are displayed against a pale background with horizontal stripes, providing a subtle contrast.
- Arrows point towards the right to indicate progression over time.
The overall look of the slide is clean and professional, with a color palette that's easy on the eyes. The use of arrows for each month emphasizes forward movement and planning.
Use Cases
- To be utilized during business strategy presentations for outlining a chronological action plan.
- For project management briefings to communicate phased tasks and deadlines.
- In departmental or team meetings to align members on short-term objectives and responsibilities.
- Could be adapted for educational settings to illustrate syllabus timelines or important academic milestones for the semester.
