Reviews
Your graphics add a nice touch to my presentations and I recently used them for one of my all-hands meetings. Your toolbox adds professionalism to my slides. Instead of using standard clipart.
I needed a fresh look at some of my slides. I've tried to find a way to create a paintbrush effect, to underline, accentuate, add some color and the handwritten markers were just the things. Very easy to use, easy to size, change the color. It was an affordable, perfect solution and I'm happy to recommend it.
The crisp, clean look of the graphics, and the fact that it allowed me to easily edit and change the colors to match the template was my main reason for purchasing them.
Description
Labor Productivity Analysis
Slide Content
The slide titled "Labor Productivity Analysis" compares the performance of four production plants (A, B, C, and D) based on Manufacturing KPIs. For each plant, three metrics are presented: Total Output, Total Man-Hours, and Labor Productivity, with the last one being represented in both actual and target values through bar graphs. Additionally, there is a comment section for plant C noting it has the highest workforce efficiency, with placeholder text for further elaboration.
Graphical Look
- Four vertical columns, each representing a different plant, with a header at the top indicating the name of the plant.
- Each plant's column contains three arrow-like graphical elements pointing right, displaying the text for Total Output, Total Man-Hours, and Labor Productivity in bold type.
- Two bar graphs below each Labor Productivity arrow element, one in orange representing the actual value and one in blue representing the target value.
- Purple icons on top of each plant column resembling a factory with three smokestacks, adding to the industrial theme.
- A comments box on the right side, using a contrasting blue ribbon effect with space to add descriptive text about plant C.
The slide is neatly organized with a clear structure that facilitates comparison across different performance indicators. The use of distinct colors for actual and target values provides an immediate visual cue for performance assessment.
Use Cases
- Presenting manufacturing efficiency KPIs to management or stakeholders.
- Performance review meetings comparing different production sites.
- Strategic planning sessions to identify areas for improvement in labor productivity.
- Quarterly or annual business reviews to track progression towards labor productivity targets.
