Reviews
Description
Kanban Board: 8 columns, with story swimlanes
Slide Content
The slide presents a Kanban board with 8 columns titled Backlog, To Do, Development (further divided into Ongoing and Done), Testing (divided into Ongoing and Done), Deployment, and Done. Each column contains alphanumeric codes representing tasks, clustered under "Story A," "Story B," and "Story C" swimlanes, signifying different project components or user stories. The slide illustrates how tasks move from left to right, from Backlog to Done, indicating progress by their position.
Graphical Look
- The slide background is white.
- A blue line underlines the title, which is in large, bold, sans-serif font.
- The Kanban board consists of a grid with grey lines, defining the columns and the swimlanes.
- Each task is represented by a colored rectangle with a letter and number code (e.g., D1, B, Y).
- Colored circles with numbers are placed at the top of some columns to presumably indicate priorities or quantities.
- Icons: A light bulb, a pair of glasses, and a question mark, likely symbolize ideas, review, and queries respectively.
The graphical look is clean and color-coordinated, using a mix of primary and secondary colors to differentiate tasks and icons. It is a clear visual representation of task progression and project organization.
Use Cases
- Demonstrating workflow management during team meetings or project status updates.
- Training new team members on how to manage and understand their tasks within a project.
- Visualizing development progress during sprint reviews in an agile work environment.
- Providing a quick visual summary of project status to stakeholders or clients.
