I needed a fresh look at some of my slides. I've tried to find a way to create a paintbrush effect, to underline, accentuate, add some color and the handwritten markers were just the things. Very easy to use, easy to size, change the color. It was an affordable, perfect solution and I'm happy to recommend it.

The crisp, clean look of the graphics, and the fact that it allowed me to easily edit and change the colors to match the template was my main reason for purchasing them.

The slide introduces the concept of "HR SMART Goals" by using a colorful hexagonal graphic with each hexagon representing one element of the SMART acronym: Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound. "Specific" has a sub-point "Decrease employees' resignation," which means setting a clear goal to reduce the number of employee departures. "Measurable" includes a statement "Below 1% of personnel leaving company," indicating a quantifiable target. "Achievable" is paired with "Our employees are the key assets of our company," emphasizing the importance of realistic goal setting in human resources. "Relevant" is associated with "Having +10% increased HR training budget," which relates to ensuring goals support broader business strategies or needs. Lastly, "Time-bound" has the accompanying deadline, "By end of the current fiscal year," stressing the importance of setting a timeframe for achieving the goal.
The slide has a modern, sleek design with a high-contrast color scheme that emphasizes the key points of the SMART goal-setting framework. The use of icons within the hexagons adds visual interest and aids in the communication of each goal element.
