I needed a fresh look at some of my slides. I've tried to find a way to create a paintbrush effect, to underline, accentuate, add some color and the handwritten markers were just the things. Very easy to use, easy to size, change the color. It was an affordable, perfect solution and I'm happy to recommend it.

The crisp, clean look of the graphics, and the fact that it allowed me to easily edit and change the colors to match the template was my main reason for purchasing them.

The slide depicts Bruce Tuckman's model of team development stages with an emphasis on the 'Storming' phase. It is represented as a curved graph progressing through stages: 'Forming' is illustrated by multiple entities coming together, symbolizing the initial step where team members are brought together. 'Storming' shows a lightning bolt, indicating the phase where conflicts and competition emerge as personalities clash. 'Norming' features harmonious iconography, suggesting the settling of initial turbulence and the beginning of cooperation. 'Performing' is denoted by an active speaker icon, representing the time when the team efficiently works towards the goal. The concluding 'Adjourning' phase includes an icon of a book and a gavel, implying the wrap-up of the project or disbandment of the team. A side box is dedicated to the 'Storming' stage, where additional descriptions and comments can be added regarding team dynamics during this particular phase.
The overall appearance of the slide is professional and clean, using a simple color scheme and clear visual elements to communicate the concept effectively. The graphic flow from one stage to the next is smooth and intuitively follows the process of team development.
