Your graphics add a nice touch to my presentations and I recently used them for one of my all-hands meetings. Your toolbox adds professionalism to my slides. Instead of using standard clipart.
I needed a fresh look at some of my slides. I've tried to find a way to create a paintbrush effect, to underline, accentuate, add some color and the handwritten markers were just the things. Very easy to use, easy to size, change the color. It was an affordable, perfect solution and I'm happy to recommend it.
The crisp, clean look of the graphics, and the fact that it allowed me to easily edit and change the colors to match the template was my main reason for purchasing them.
Description
Hand-drawn Flowchart: Recruitment Process
Slide Content:
The slide outlines the recruitment process flowchart, starting with 'Selecting criteria' and proceeding to 'Advertising'. It then moves to 'Retrieving applications' from Candidates A, B, and C. The next decision point is 'Suitable for job?', leading to interviews for suitable candidates. After the interview, there's a check for 'Passing criteria?' before a 'Job offer' is made. Candidates not suitable or not passing the interview criteria are sent a 'Thank you' email. This represents a typical hiring workflow where candidates are filtered through various stages before a job offer is extended.
Graphical Look:
- The flowchart elements are in different colors: purple for the first step, teal for applications, blue for decision points, and orange for interviews.
- Each flowchart element has a hand-drawn look with sketchy outlines, giving a personal touch.
- Decision diamonds and process rectangles are used, with directional arrows showing the flow.
- Small human figures are used to represent the job offer stage, adding a human element to the diagram.
The slide has a casual yet professional appearance with hand-drawn elements that add a personalized feel. The color-coding and clear directional flow make the recruitment process easy to understand at a glance.
Use Cases:
- In human resources training to illustrate the steps of hiring new employees.
- During a management meeting to discuss and optimize the recruitment process.
- In a company presentation to stakeholders to explain the efficiency of the recruitment workflow.
- As a visual aid in a job fair or college career day to show prospective candidates what to expect from the application process.
