Reviews
Description
Additional Scrum Artefacts 2
Slide Content
The slide is titled "Additional Scrum Artefacts 2" and illustrates four concepts related to Scrum, an agile framework for managing work. The "Female Scrum Master" is represented, highlighting the role of a Scrum Master with a focus on women in that position, often responsible for facilitating Scrum processes and removing impediments. Next is "Female Product Owner," denoting the individual with a vested interest in the project, specifically the product's success; this role typically involves prioritizing backlog items and defining product features. The "Reporting" section hints at the necessity of keeping track of the progress and sharing updates with stakeholders. Lastly, there's an "extendable Scrum board" depicting a flexible way to visually manage Scrum tasks, which can be adapted to the team's needs, and "large and midsize Backlog," referring to the prioritized list of work for the Scrum team that can grow or shrink based on project demands.
Graphical Look
- The slide has a light background with a large blue title at the top.
- To the left, there is a vector-style icon of a person with a skirt and a megaphone, labeled "Female Scrum Master."
- Next to that, another icon represents a woman holding a document, labeled "Female Product Owner."
- In the center-top of the slide, there is an icon symbolizing "Reporting" which is a person with a bar chart.
- Below, a series of overlapping rectangles with scribble markings depicts an "extendable Scrum board."
- To the right, there are two vertical elongated rectangles filled with horizontal lines, representing a "large and midsize Backlog."
- Each item is accompanied by a directional arrow and sits on a small banner that contains descriptive text.
The overall look is clean and professional, using cartoon-style icons to represent different Scrum roles and artefacts. The icons and descriptive text are neatly organized, providing a clear visual representation of each concept.
