Reviews
Your graphics add a nice touch to my presentations and I recently used them for one of my all-hands meetings. Your toolbox adds professionalism to my slides. Instead of using standard clipart.
I needed a fresh look at some of my slides. I've tried to find a way to create a paintbrush effect, to underline, accentuate, add some color and the handwritten markers were just the things. Very easy to use, easy to size, change the color. It was an affordable, perfect solution and I'm happy to recommend it.
The crisp, clean look of the graphics, and the fact that it allowed me to easily edit and change the colors to match the template was my main reason for purchasing them.
Description
MCKINSEY MATRIX – DIVEST
Slide Content
The PowerPoint slide is titled "MCKINSEY MATRIX – DIVEST" and focuses on the strategic option of divestment or harvesting within the McKinsey Matrix framework. It lists three key points: consider exit (meaning to evaluate the possibility of selling or liquidating the business unit), avoid/minimize investment (indicating the recommendation to reduce or stop investing resources), and a placeholder for your idea (suggesting to add a personalized strategic consideration).
Graphical Look
- The background of the slide is a clean white.
- The title of the slide, "MCKINSEY MATRIX – DIVEST," is at the top in large, bold, dark text.
- On the left side, there is a green colored box with the words "DIVEST / HARVEST" in white, capital letters.
- Inside the green box, an icon of a bill with a minus sign symbolizes divestment or reduced investment.
- To the right of the green box, there are three bullet points, each beginning with a black square.
- The text accompanying the bullet points is black and aligned to the left in a legible font size.
The overall look is professional and minimalistic, with the use of contrasting colors—green for the strategy area and black text for readability. The icon is simple and effectively communicates the concept of divesting.
Use Cases
- To present the strategic decision of divestment in business restructuring efforts.
- In a portfolio analysis meeting, to discuss which business units should be divested.
- During a strategic planning session, where different options from the McKinsey Matrix are evaluated.
- As part of a financial review, to recommend areas where investment should be minimized to stakeholders.
