Reviews
Your graphics add a nice touch to my presentations and I recently used them for one of my all-hands meetings. Your toolbox adds professionalism to my slides. Instead of using standard clipart.
I needed a fresh look at some of my slides. I've tried to find a way to create a paintbrush effect, to underline, accentuate, add some color and the handwritten markers were just the things. Very easy to use, easy to size, change the color. It was an affordable, perfect solution and I'm happy to recommend it.
The crisp, clean look of the graphics, and the fact that it allowed me to easily edit and change the colors to match the template was my main reason for purchasing them.
Description
Laboratory #6 – Bacteria
Slide Content
The slide is titled "Laboratory #6 – Bacteria" and presents a set of stylized icons representing different types of bacteria and microorganisms: Protozoa, Caryopsis, Bacilli Bacteria, Amoeba, and Streptococcus. Protozoa are unicellular organisms that can be free-living or parasitic. Caryopsis refers to a type of dry fruit where the seed is fused with the fruit wall, a term used metaphorically here. Bacilli Bacteria are rod-shaped bacteria, some of which cause disease. Amoeba represents amoeboids, which are generally characterized by their changing shape. Streptococcus is a genus of coccus (spherical) bacteria known to cause numerous infections.
Graphical Look
- The slide is dominated by a light background with a grid of six icons, each representing a different microorganism.
- Each icon is a simple line drawing, colored in a teal shade with a corresponding label below in black font.
- To the right, there is one additional icon presented in two different colored circular backgrounds, indicating the versatility of the icon's visibility against different background colors (teal for a light background and orange for a dark background).
- The two circular background colors are visually differentiated by a thin grey line.
- At the bottom right corner of the slide, a label indicates that the content is "Fully editable."
The overall look of the slide is clean and modern, with a straightforward layout that emphasizes the icons and their respective labels. The color scheme is limited, which adds to the visual coherence and professional look of the slide.
Use Cases
- To introduce different categories of bacteria in a biology class or scientific presentation.
- As part of a healthcare or medical presentation to discuss common pathogens and their characteristics.
- In a pharmaceutical or biotechnology presentation when describing research on antibacterial agents or vaccines.
- As visual aids in educational material for public health awareness campaigns, to illustrate the types of bacteria that can cause infections and diseases.
