Reviews
Description
Kanban Board Template - 3 columns with line icons & cards
Slide Content
The PowerPoint slide presents a Kanban Board Template structured with three columns: To Do, Ongoing, and Done, each headlined by an icon. The To Do column includes tasks D, E, and F, indicating initial or planned tasks. The Ongoing column has task B with a "2" badge, suggesting it's in progress and possibly has two subtasks or is a priority. Finally, the Done column features task A highlighted with a blue figure marker, denoting completion.
Graphical Look
- Three columns are visually differentiated by vertical lines and labelled with icons at the top.
- Each column has a different line icon: a clipboard for "To Do," tools for "Ongoing," and a checkmark for "Done."
- Task cards are represented as stylized rectangles with a folded corner to mimic real paper or cards.
- The colors of task cards vary between orange and blue shades, indicating different tasks or categories.
- The task in the Done column has a blue figure marker, adding a visual cue to indicate completion.
- A "2" badge on the task in the Ongoing column provides additional information, potentially a count or priority indicator.
The slide uses a clean and organized design with clear visual cues to represent the Kanban methodology. The use of icons and different colors helps to quickly convey the status of each task at a glance.
Use Cases
- To visualize project progress during team meetings, with tasks moving from "To Do" to "Done".
- For individual progress tracking in personal task management or to provide status updates to supervisors.
- As a teaching tool in workshops to demonstrate Kanban principles in project management or software development.
- For client presentations to show the workflow of a project and the state of tasks in a simple, visual manner.
