I needed a fresh look at some of my slides. I've tried to find a way to create a paintbrush effect, to underline, accentuate, add some color and the handwritten markers were just the things. Very easy to use, easy to size, change the color. It was an affordable, perfect solution and I'm happy to recommend it.

The crisp, clean look of the graphics, and the fact that it allowed me to easily edit and change the colors to match the template was my main reason for purchasing them.

The slide compares the roles of HR Business Partner (HRBP) and HR Manager. For the HRBP, the focus is on strategic alignment of HR with business goals, acting as a strategic advisor and consultant for senior leadership. Their scope is broad, dealing with organizational-level strategies, talent development, and workforce optimization. HRBPs engage with senior leaders and executives, maintaining a visionary, future-focused orientation. The HR Manager role focuses on day-to-day HR operations, managing human resources operations with a narrow, departmental scope. Their activities include recruitment, payroll, and compliance, supporting employees, HR teams, and line managers with a pragmatic, tactical approach.
The overall look is clean and organized, with a clear color distinction that enhances the comprehension of role differences. The use of icons adds a visual cue to quickly identify the roles discussed.
