Reviews
Description
Extend the piloting
Slide Content
The PowerPoint slide titled "Extend the piloting" appears to illustrate a conceptual framework or strategy related to organizational development. It includes three key activities or stages represented by graphical clusters linked with arrows indicating progression. The first cluster "Pilot has worked here" suggests a completed pilot project. The second cluster "Split team, build new teams" illustrates the process of branching out or expanding from the original pilot by forming new groups. Finally, "Share Knowledge" indicates disseminating what has been learned across these new teams, emphasizing the transfer of insights or lessons learned from the original pilot.
Graphical Look
- The slide background is plain white, offering a clean canvas for the content.
- The slide title "Extend the piloting" is prominently displayed at the top in bold, blue font.
- There are three clusters of circular shapes with varying fill patterns:
- The first cluster on the left has un-filled circles with one highlighted circle filled with orange and white diagonal stripes.
- The second cluster in the center has a mix of un-filled and pattern-filled circles, illustrating a transition or growth from the first cluster.
- The third cluster on the right consists exclusively of circles filled with orange and white diagonal stripes, suggesting a complete transition or outcome.
- Each cluster is connected by grey arrows that convey a directional flow from left to right across the slide.
- Three gray rectangular callouts contain text corresponding to each cluster's conceptual phase: "Pilot has worked here," "Split team, build new teams," and "Share Knowledge."
The slide has a minimalist design with an effective use of color and pattern to highlight transitions and developments within an organizational context. The graphical elements are simple but purposeful, providing a straightforward visual representation of the process described.
