Your graphics add a nice touch to my presentations and I recently used them for one of my all-hands meetings. Your toolbox adds professionalism to my slides. Instead of using standard clipart.
I needed a fresh look at some of my slides. I've tried to find a way to create a paintbrush effect, to underline, accentuate, add some color and the handwritten markers were just the things. Very easy to use, easy to size, change the color. It was an affordable, perfect solution and I'm happy to recommend it.
The crisp, clean look of the graphics, and the fact that it allowed me to easily edit and change the colors to match the template was my main reason for purchasing them.
Description
New Employees Onboarding
Slide Content
The slide is divided into two main parts explaining aspects of employee onboarding meetings. One part is about "An employee onboarding meeting is: a structured session designed to integrate new hires into an organization." This indicates that the meeting's primary function is to organize the introduction of new employees to the company, ensuring they understand their roles and the company culture. The other part states "The goal of an onboarding meeting is: to help new employees feel welcomed, informed, and prepared to start their roles effectively." This aspect emphasizes the meeting's aim to make new employees comfortable and fully informed about their new positions, bolstering their ability to start work efficiently.
Graphical Look
- The slide has a clear bifurcation with a teal left half and a green right half.
- Each half contains a circular icon, one with outlines of people and the other with a target symbol, to represent different aspects of onboarding.
- Below each icon is a text description further explaining employee onboarding meetings and goals.
- The background includes faded icons related to the HR process, such as a suit, clipboard, and paper, contributing to the theme.
- The color contrast between the two halves also visually separates the content.
The slide has a sleek, professional design that uses color coding and thematic icons to differentiate and emphasize key points about employee onboarding.
Use Cases
- To explain the onboarding process during HR presentations to new or potential employees.
- As part of training material for HR professionals on effective onboarding strategies.
- In managerial training sessions focusing on how to integrate new employees successfully.
- During company meetings to describe improvements or changes in the onboarding process.
