Reviews
Your graphics add a nice touch to my presentations and I recently used them for one of my all-hands meetings. Your toolbox adds professionalism to my slides. Instead of using standard clipart.
I needed a fresh look at some of my slides. I've tried to find a way to create a paintbrush effect, to underline, accentuate, add some color and the handwritten markers were just the things. Very easy to use, easy to size, change the color. It was an affordable, perfect solution and I'm happy to recommend it.
The crisp, clean look of the graphics, and the fact that it allowed me to easily edit and change the colors to match the template was my main reason for purchasing them.
Description
Matrix Structure Illustration
Slide Content
The slide shows a matrix organizational structure through the "Usage Example of Formal People Icons." It is divided into three columns, each representing a different project (A, B, and C), and includes the roles of Project Manager, developers, testers, and consultants. Each role is associated with a different number of people allocated to the respective projects. For instance, "Project A" is led by Project Manager 1, with 10 developers, 3 testers, and 2 consultants, depicting a larger team compared to projects B and C. This structure demonstrates the distribution of resources across various projects within an organization.
Graphical Look
- The slide background is white.
- The title is in dark blue text at the top of the slide.
- Three columns, each with a different shade of blue, represent separate projects.
- Each column showcases a silhouette of a person next to text boxes containing team roles and numbers, indicating team size.
- Icons of a speech bubble, computer screen, and gears next to each silhouette visually represent communication, technical work, and operational or strategic roles.
The overall look of the slide is professional and clean, using a simple color palette and clear icons to convey information effectively. The blue shades and icons add visual interest without overwhelming the text content.
Use Cases
- Presenting team structures and roles in a corporate strategy meeting.
- Detailing resource allocation across multiple projects in a project management briefing.
- Explaining organizational roles and team composition in an internal training session.
- Visualizing workload distribution during a budget planning or HR staffing presentation.
