Terms of Service

  1. Summary

    • Purchased infoDiagram presentation slides (i.e. diagrams and other elements of a purchased presentation such as icons, templates, etc.) can be used for commercial purposes by a single user. InfoDiagrams cannot be sold to third party.

    • We offer you full money back guarantee if you are not happy with your purchase. However, we might require a written declaration from you.

    • We will not pass your data to any third party (except minimal necessary information for processing online payment) and we will not spam you.

    • We take full responsibility for the work we create and deliver (i.e. visualizations), however we cannot guarantee things out of our influence (e.g. down time of web servers, external data sources, etc.). However, we will give you verification tools - we will provide you with links to source data of infoDiagrams, so that you can check the infoDiagram correctness yourselves.

  2. The remaining Terms points are common formalities required for online service.


    1. This document (hereinafter referred to as "Terms of Service") defines terms of sale and use considering products and services available at the www.infoDiagram.com website (hereinafter referred to as "the Service"). The service is administered by the Administrator.

    2. Administrator of the Service is infoDiagram Ltd, 20-22 Wenlock Road, N1 7GU London, e-mail: info@infodiagram.com

    3. Purpose of the Service is providing visualizations (for sale or free of charge) and general popularization of visual presentations.

    4. The offered product is the visualization (referred to also as infoDiagram) provided usually in form of PowerPoint slides, offered for sale for commercial purposes.


    1. The product is delivered to a user in electronic form, following successful payment of product price specified on the product webpage. Payment is processed after filling out of the appropriate purchase form available on the Service website.

    2. It is necessary to provide all required information (such as email, billing address, etc.) for the purchase to be completed. The user is responsible for providing correct data.

    3. Submitting of an order means acceptance of these Terms of Use.

    4. The Administrator is obliged to deliver the Product to the user within 5 working days from the moment of receiving confirmation of the payment for the Product, however, the delivery usually takes only minutes after the payment confirmation is received.

    5. In justified cases, the Administrator has the right to delay the delivery. In such case the Administrator will inform the user about the new delivery period.

    6. The Administrator has the right to cancel a purchase for technical reasons. In such case, the payment for the uncompleted purchase will be returned to the user (to the user's bank account or credit card).


    1. By purchasing the Product, the user gains rights to modify, copy and/or publish it, including its usage for commercial purposes. These rights are given exclusively to the organization specified in the order form (within a single country location) and the Product can be used by one user only (unless an extended license is purchased).

    2. Without prior permission by the Administrator, it is forbidden to re-sell the Product to a third party or to re-distribute it elsewhere but inside of the organization specified in the order form. All activities violating the author's rights are forbidden.

    3. All products offered within the Service (for free or for sale) are protected by copyrights specified in Polish legislation.

    4. Names of products mentioned in the Service that are trademarks or registered brands are used solely for information purpose.


    1. Users of the Service have right to file a complaint in case of incorrect provision of services or Products offered through the website Service or in the case of concerns regarding website Service.

    2. Complaints concerning electronic payments are processed by the Service's payment provider PayPal (Europe) S.a r.l. & Cie, S.C.A.. and complaints related to the Product itself are processed by the Administrator.

    3. Complaints concerning the Product or Service should be sent by e-mail or by postal mail to the Administrator's address provided in section 1 herein.

    4. Complaints must contain the following: name and surname of the user; institution represented by the user; a description and reason for the complaint; reply address where the complaint answer should be sent.

    5. Complaints are processed within 30 days period following the day the Administrator receives the complaint. The user is notified about the complaint answer by default through e-mail (or by postal mail, if requested by the user).


    1. The Product offered through the website Service is solely the visualization. Therefore, the Administrator cannot take responsibility for the external sources of information used in the Product. In order to provide the user with a possibility to verify the said information sources the Administrator will provide links to the information sources on the Product website.

    2. Usage of the Product and website Service is on user's sole risk. The Administrator shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage arising of using the Product or Service with exception of faults caused by a purposeful act or negligence on the side of the Administrator or its employees.


    1. The Administrator has the right to introduce changes to the Terms of Use. New Terms of Use are valid from the day of their publication on the Service website.

    2. Any potential conflicts related to the Terms of Use will be resolved by the Court appropriate to the Administrator's location.



    1. Every User who purchases the Product though the website Service has the right to return the Product within 5 days from the purchase in case the user is not satisfied with the purchased Product. The Administrator has the right to refuse the return in case of justified reasons suspecting that the return request is a fraud.

    2. Return of the Product requires sending e-mail message with return request to the Administrator's e-mail stated in Section 1 herein. The e-mail message should contain a request for the Product return, the name of the purchased Product, transaction identification, the price of the purchased Product and the date of the purchase. It is required that the e-mail is send from the address used for ordering the Product.

    3. The Administrator will respond to the return request message no later than 14 days from the date of receiving of such message. The Administrator will provide Return Request Form to be filled in by the user, signed and sent as a registered letter by postal mail to the Administrator's postal address (mentioned in Section 1 of the Terms of Use). Incomplete or incorrectly filled form might be deemed a justified reason for return request refusal.

    4. Products can be returned only after the user's written statement declaring the user has deleted all copies of the returned Product which the user possessed is received by the Administrator. This declaration is included in Return Request Form.

    5. Money refund will be completed within 30 days from the date the Administrator receives a correctly filled in Return Request Form. The refund will be executed by transferring money to the user's bank account, less processing fee (up to 30% of the refund quota).

    1. Information provided in course of the ordering process are used solely for purposes related to the website Service and are in accordance with Polish laws concerning Personal data protection (Dz. U. Nr 133 poz. 883).

    2. Terms mention usage within organization declared in registration form - but currently we don't require filling a company. And we should make it compulsory in puchase / registration form. (I will make another Issue in Jira for that).

    3. The user has the right to view, edit, update and delete personal data (a data change request shall be sent to the Administrator's address requesting this).

    4. For correct functioning of the website Service, the Internet browser software should have "JavaScript" and "Cookies" enabled. If those technologies are not enabled in the user's software, the website Service may not work correctly and the Administrator cannot be held responsible for such case. "Cookies" file does not contain the user's personal data.

    5. By making an order, the user gives a permission to the Administrator to send messages and information related to the website Service to the e-mail address provided.
