Your graphics add a nice touch to my presentations and I recently used them for one of my all-hands meetings. Your toolbox adds professionalism to my slides. Instead of using standard clipart.
I needed a fresh look at some of my slides. I've tried to find a way to create a paintbrush effect, to underline, accentuate, add some color and the handwritten markers were just the things. Very easy to use, easy to size, change the color. It was an affordable, perfect solution and I'm happy to recommend it.
The crisp, clean look of the graphics, and the fact that it allowed me to easily edit and change the colors to match the template was my main reason for purchasing them.
Description
Leadership Statement Template
Slide Content
The slide is titled "Leadership Statement Template" and provides a concise template for articulating leadership expectations, acceptance, and encouragement. The slide includes three statements: "I expect ... write your expectation here," which prompts the leader to define their expectations; "I accept... write what you accept here," which serves as an area to express acceptance parameters; and "I encourage... write what you encourage of," which offers a section to motivate and endorse certain behaviors or goals.
Graphical Look
- The slide has a large, high-quality image of a lighthouse at dusk as its background, with the top half of the slide showing a night sky with stars.
- The title "Leadership Statement Template" is prominently displayed at the top in large white text.
- To the right, there is a white dialogue bubble graphic with rounded corners, containing placeholder text for the leadership statements.
- Inside the dialogue bubble, there are bullet points, each followed by a line of instruction in black text which serves as a guide for adding personalized content.
- There is a circle with a document icon that partially overlaps both the image and the dialogue bubble, creating a visual link between the background and the content.
- The background image transitions from the dark night sky to a beautifully captured twilight horizon where the lighthouse stands, which adds a metaphorical connection to leadership and guidance.
The slide uses a visually striking contrast between the calming image of nature and the clear, structured placeholder text area. The choice of a lighthouse as a background element subtly reinforces the theme of leadership and direction.
Use Cases
- To articulate a leader's expectations, values, and guiding principles during a strategic planning session or management meeting.
- As a starting point for team discussions about leadership approaches and company culture during corporate training or onboarding sessions.
- To create a personalized leadership philosophy statement for presentations during leadership workshops or retreats.
- For setting the tone in a presentation that introduces a new leadership team or when a new leader is taking the helm and wants to outline their strategy and vision.
