I needed a fresh look at some of my slides. I've tried to find a way to create a paintbrush effect, to underline, accentuate, add some color and the handwritten markers were just the things. Very easy to use, easy to size, change the color. It was an affordable, perfect solution and I'm happy to recommend it.

The crisp, clean look of the graphics, and the fact that it allowed me to easily edit and change the colors to match the template was my main reason for purchasing them.

The slide provides an overview of Employee Performance Review, described as a formal assessment by employers to evaluate an employee's job performance and overall contribution to the company. It outlines that reviews typically occur regularly, either annually or semi-annually, and involve a meeting between the employee and their supervisor. The benefits of a well-conducted performance review include the motivation of employees, improvement of performance, strengthening of the relationship between employees and employers, and ensuring that the employee's goals and performance align with the company's objectives. Each of these benefits is essential—motivating employees can lead to increased productivity, while improving performance is about enhancing employees' skills and competencies. Strengthening relationships builds trust and communication, and alignment ensures that personal goals support business strategy.
The slide employs a clean and modern design with a clear distinction between information and iconography. Its use of contrasting colors and simple graphics make it visually appealing and easy to decipher.
